Shipping Information

Your Bid is a Contract:
Serious bidders only! If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from iHeartMedia. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.

Bidding and Buying:
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with iHeartMedia if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by iHeartMedia. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of Missouri. Unless you and iHeartMedia mutually agree otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from iHeartMedia. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: when iHeartMedia materially changes the item's description after you bid or a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items in the state of Missouri. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ITEM:
At time of pick-up, the winning bidder will need to present a photo ID along with a copy of the voucher. Voucher will be provided to winning bidder either 1) via email that includes a link to print the voucher or 2) via USPS to the shipping address listed on the account; auction listing will indicate delivery method of voucher and cannot be changed. Item must be claimed prior to voucher expiration date (if any) at the location indicated in the auction listing. Please check with pick-up location regarding hours of business for item pick-up. Please Note:
AUCTION ITEMS WILL NOT BE MAILED. A MAILED OR E-MAILED voucher IS REQUIRED TO REDEEM ITEM(S) FROM PARTICIPATING BUSINESSES.

Please note that some items may be print on demand. A $2 handling fee will apply to the first item in all orders that include a Print On Demand item $.50 for each additional item. Auction item page will specify if item is print on demand. Auction winner will be directed to print out voucher(s).

What if I am not Home to Sign for my Package?
-The Postal carrier will leave a PS Form 3849, Delivery Attempt Notice at your door.
-There are 3 main ways that customers can retrieve their mail.
-Schedule a Redelivery via telephone by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).
-Use the online Redelivery service to arrange for mail to be redelivered.
-Have the mail Held at your local Post Office so it can be picked up later.
